Q. Does Listmaster require payment before purchase?
A. Pre-payment is not required for service; however, pre-paid packages are a great way to schedule your errands and save on the price; we also take care of the purchases and invoice you later.

Q. Can you return items to retail stores for me without my credit card?
A. Yes we can. Depending on the store, with a receipt, most stores will reverse the charge automatically on your credit card; otherwise, they will provide store credit.

Q. Do I have to be home when you drop things off?
A. This is not necessary, but is your choice of course. We will take your instruction on when, where, and how to deliver your items to home or work.

Q. When do you start and stop charging?
A. Charging begins with the first stop on your list. For example, if shopping is on your list, we start charging at the first store we get to and stop when we deliver everything to you. If we have to come to you first to pick something up, then we start when we arrive at your house/office.

Q. What areas do you service?
A. Providence Metropolitan Area (within 15 miles of Providence). Extended areas in Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts available at additional pricing.
